Monobloc units

Monobloc units, especially for use in thermally highly loaded technical rooms such as data centers, telephone and Internet centers, laboratories, technical and telecommunications rooms. The units are used to ensure high precision in the control of temperature and humidity in continuous operation.

The compact sizes make the monoblock units easy to install and suitable for various shelter configurations. In addition to the standard wall-mounted units, powerful rooftop units are also available for roof. These air-cooled direct evaporation solutions have been specially developed and designed for container cooling.

A range of options and configurations are available depending on the application and installation location of the air conditioning units

  • Refrigerant R410A, R134a, R513A, R515B
  • The unit version for high temperatures with refrigerant R134a, R513A and R515B as well as a special condenser fan is suitable for outdoor temperatures above 45 °C. This enables the appliance to run reliably even under extreme conditions (up to +60 °C outside).
  • For very cold conditions (down to -40 °C), a version for low outdoor temperatures is available. In this case, the units are supplied with silicone cables, accumulation controllers and special software.
  • For aggressive environments, the unit housing can be equipped with a double powder coating of 160 μm or with an AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel alloy.

All components required for cooling are installed in a housing or module. This includes the compressor, evaporator, condenser and the control system. Monobloc cooling systems are compact and easy to install as they do not require the complex installation of piping as is the case with central cooling systems.

Profit from our many years of experience in the use of modern and customized air conditioning technology in data centers, switchgear and containers.
